Verified the specified commit (commit e6475462b3a9466bf76c81594901789df795a738)
included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Verified, via review, changes identified in commit comment were implemented.
Verified able to install/enable epel on Centos 7 and yum install mxml-devel.
