This bug was fixed, but the test case to reproduce it involved a DFDL schema
for mil-std-2045 (available on github)
We need a test that becomes part of Daffodil's built-in tests, which reproduces
this issue.
The issue was a deadlock during unparsing.
Details are in DAFFODIL-2717 on how to reproduce using mil-std-2045 schema.
