I think lack of coverage in this PR is because I've made changes to printlns that were just already missing coverage. In the past I know I've hesitated to add new CLI tests to get coverage because of the high overhead. But now that integration tests are much quicker, we may want to consider adding new tests to improve our CLI coverage.
