Trying to pick this up while working on Windows since its a problem, and
when I attempt to build, I get an error saying
error while decoding
C:\Users\nolanm\Documents\GitHub\daffodil-vscode\server\sbtXjc\resources\xsd\org\apache\daffodil\xsd\xml.xsd
with UTF-8: C:\Users\
nolanm\Documents\GitHub\daffodil-vscode\server\sbtXjc\resources\xsd\org\apache\daffodil\xsd\xml.xsd
(The system cannot find the path specified)←[0m←[0J
This happens for every xsd file because the directory doesn't exist. After
server/sbtXjc/resources/xsd the directory structure is flat and none of
org/apache/daffodil/xsd exist. Is this whats happening on windows with other
people as well?
