Many of the integration tests include a seemingly random number (e.g.
test_3677_CLI_Parsing_elementFormDefault_qualified). These numbers actually
come from an old requirements document that no longer exists or is maintained,
and so just causes confusion about what they might mean. We should just remove
these numbers to avoid potential confusion.
