Verified the specified commit (commit c38e4d3522da06ef36ff454ffc170d518e9c7bdd)
is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Verified, via review, change identified in the commit comment was implemented.
The diagnostic message now uses propName instead of propNameArg.
