- xdg-app-paths 7.3.0 to 8.2.0
- @types/glob 7.1.3 to 8.0.0
- @vscode/test-electron ^2.1.5 to 2.1.5, going to a higher version
required node 16.
- vsce 2.9.2 to 2.15.0
- webpack 5.73.0 to 5.75.0
- Updated dependabot and scala-steward bots to only run once a month.
