Dave Thompson closed DAFFODIL-2796.

Verified the specified daffodil commits and daffodil-site commit are included
in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Verified, via review, change identified in the commit comments were implemented.
Verified changes for the daffodil-site were implemented on the apache daffodil
site.
Verified the affected daffodil subproject sbt test suites executed successfully.
