I don't know many details about JAF, but under the hood Daffodil now use SLF4J.
And since that is just a facade around other logging frameworks, I suggest the
right approach is to implement an SLF4J compatible layer that supports JAF
instead of implementing it in Daffodil. And that's outside the scope of
Daffodil--I think it's up to the JALoP project or custom solutions to implement
that layer if needed.
