There have been major updates to the code since we did a major update of the
page, and some of the info reported is out of date. For example, references to
src/it and the mention of the pattern ^(?!.*TestCLI.*).*$ which excludes CLI
tests (which are no longer slow, so don't need to be excluded). A
recommendation to fixing this ticket would be to go through and implement the
instructions making updates as necessary.
For example it's important to highlight adding DAFFODIL_HOME enviroment
variables to Path Variables in Settings, and then setting the Working Directory
for Daffodil to $DAFFODIL_HOME$
