The EthernetIP project: [https://github.com/DFDLSchemas/ethernetIP]
Try to use the Daffodil CLI to run the TDML tests. sbt test works perfectly,
but how to setup the DAFFODIL_CLASSPATH or any other needed configurations is
difficult. Have not been successful using the CLI to parse when a schema uses a
LayerTransformer.
