Add missing dependencies to LICENSE, NOTICE and NONOTICE.
- Add missing depenencies to LICENSE, NOTICE and NONOTICE files, deps
included:
- @omega-edit/client -> and its transitivie dependencies that it bundles
- quick-format-unescaped -> This was already there just named wrong as
quick-format-unescape.
- string_decoder
- safe-buffer
- Removed nodemon as a production dependency and moved it to a devDependency
as it does not need bundled with the extension.
Closes #688
