Using the
```json
"dfdlDebugger": {
"logging": { "file": "/tmp/daffodil-debugger.log", "level": "INFO" }
}
```
I see only INFO level logging, and changing it to DEBUG shows DEBUG logging
also.
Closing as cannot reproduce.
