In windows 10 after closing the daffodil debugger the Omega Edit serve does not shutdown. Steps to recreate: - open vscode, in the debug tab run the extension - in the extension in the debug tab run "ask for file name" - select a schema file and a data file - select Daffodil Debugger: Data Editor from the command palette - select a file to open in the editor - close the editor - stop the debugger - the Omega Edit server window remains open - when the process is repeated to open the Daffodil Debugger: Data Editor, Omega Edit fails to create a viewport   [dataEditor-9000.log.2023-11-14T12-21-52.905Z.log](https://github.com/apache/daffodil-vscode/files/13352402/dataEditor-9000.log.2023-11-14T12-21-52.905Z.log) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
