Verified the specified commit (commit f41f06ae8b6eec30b3b41fff026f623c7a80cd30)
is included in the latest pull from the daffodil repository.
Dev verified the identified issue has been resolved and is no longer an issue.
Verified, via review, the changes identified in the commit comment were
implemented.
Verified the affected daffodil subproject sbt test suites executed
successfully, including the uncommented, modified test "test_dfdl_782"
identified in the initial write-up
