@shanedell I wonder if somehow the URI is not properly being parsed and sent
to the Data Editor / Omega Edit because there's a difference between how
`${workspaceFolder}` is resolved in Windows vs Linux/Mac?
I've been unable to test anything further because of my build issues
(https://github.com/apache/daffodil-vscode/pull/926#discussion_r1442126852).
