Single stepping doesn't appear to single step. After a second step-over
click the left the call-stack shows helloWorld twice, but the yellow bar does
not moved. The yellow bar should move to line 22, the "helloWorld" element
After the third click the yellow line moves to the "word" element. At this
point the infoset should be populated with an empty <word> element, but the
infoset is not displayed nor is the input data.
