Some pages on the wiki should be converted to pages on the daffodil site, as
they are end-user documentation.

There is other content in design notes where they are implemented but there is
no end-user documentation describing how to use the feature. If those features
are extensions of DFDL (e.g., the the blob large object stuff) and we're not
planning to deprecate them, then we should create the corresponding
user-feature documentation. Those are separate issues and should be separate
tickets however.
