[I] Data Editor: Incorrect Session Counts [daffodil-vscode]

   Version: 1.4.1 Snapshot
   System: Ubuntu 22.04
   
   When opening and closing data editor instances, the session count number may 
get incorrect as shown in the screenshot

   I'm not able to replicate the issue consistently, it seems to happen 
sporadically.
