[I] TDML: Unable to Execute TDML Test Case on Ubuntu [daffodil-vscode]

   - OS: Ubuntu 22.04
   
   I am unable to execute TDML files on my Ubuntu 22.04 VM as pictured below:

   Note that the paths displayed, done relatively in respect to the location of 
the TDML file, are valid in the TDML file, but the extension seems to be 
appending a `/` to the path itself. 
   
   The behavior seems to be happening for TDML files stored in other folders 
too, like a user's downloads folder.
