[I] OmageEdit Server fails to close when VS Code closes [daffodil-vscode]

   OmageEdit Server fails to close when VS Code closes if the dataEditor window 
is not closed prior to exitting VS Code.
   
   Steps to reproduce:
   Open VS Code use CTRL_SHIFT+P to open the Daffodil VS Code DataEditor, open 
a file using the dialog box.

   Exit the VS Code app without closing the dataEditor window, omegaEdit server 
remains running.
