The NEXUS_USER/PW credentials are only for publishing snapshots. ASF Infra has granted access to NEXUS_STAGE_DEPLOYER_USER/PW which allows staging releases, so this switches to those. This also updates the version number to 1.4.0 so that we can test the release using the updated credentials. We'll likely do a new release of this plugin in the coming weeks to update to Daffodil 3.11.0, so this will be needed soon anyways. Note that once this is merged I'll create a tag in this repo to test the new publish process (this shoudl avoid any issues with the current Daffodil and VSCode releases). Once confirmed that things work, I will manually delete the tag and all created artifacts. If the publish fails, it will allow quickly iterating with with INFRA to iron out the issues with the new release process. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
