I don't think this is an issue with daffodil-sbt. The flowerpress plugin is completely separate and doesn't consider any of the daffodil sbt configuration. The flowerpress plugin should be updated so that it disables publishing if the `flattenSchemas/publishArtifact` setting is false, and then the plugin can default that setting to false so projects that want flattened schemas need to override the default. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
