@stevedlawrence would it be okay to possibly do a separate CI file for like LICENSE checking and Rat check things? I would like to possibly use the `license-checker` tool that @JeremyYao mentioned to make another job that will mostly check if the node dependencies are using compatible licenses, if they aren't then the job will fail. Then possibly make an option where it we can ignore packages if the `license-checker` gets "Unknown" for it but we add a file saying what LICENSE it uses.
