At some point in the past, Saxon-HE changed its dependencies to remove some
transitive dependencies. Some of those removed transitive dependencies are
still listed in the daffodil-cli/bin.NOTICE file. The ones I noticed were
* commons-codec.commons-codec
* org.apache.httpcomponents.client5.httpclient5
* org.apache.httpcomponents.core5.httpcore5
* org.apache.httpcomponents.core5.httpcore5-h2
There may be others. We should reinspect our LICENSE/NOTICE files and make sure
they are accurate.
