A single starting point location for DFDL Training is needed on the
daffodil-site.
It needs to contain a fairly comprehensive set of links to various DFDL
training materials organized for two different audiences
# Aspiring DFDL schema developers and Daffodil users.
# Technical management wanting a clearer understanding of DFDL and Apache
Daffodil and how it can be used.
All the basic DFDL motivating material should be here (the non-changing stuff
from DFDL status powerpoint slide decks), and some introduction to important
use cases like why it is useful tech for cyber-security is appropriate here,
though the focus wants to be application independent.
This material needs to be on the Daffodil site because so many DFDL schemas are
dependent on Daffodil's extensions to the DFDL language.
