Resolution: Duplicate
Duplicate of DAFFODIL-2978. We have confirmed that we can build daffodil with
GraalVM/Quarkus, documentation is here:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/DAFFODIL/Working+with+Native+Executables
Keeping the other issue as the main one since it has a bit more information
about how we might go about testing this.
