## Description
Bundle default Daffodil version with extension
- Update extension code to look for the Daffodil bin folder inside of the
extension.
- If exists this folder is used, otherwise it tries to use global storage.
- Configured vite to look in the package.json to find the default
daffodilVersion.
- Updated vite to download and extract the default Daffodil version when
packaging so its bundled in the extension.
Closes #1460
