Currently the code only considers leadingSkip, per the unique before in
https://daffodil.apache.org/dev/design-notes/term-sharing-in-schema-compiler/,
it ought to consider a number of things such as initiator MTA/length, prefix
length and separator MTA/length (see DAFFODIL-2295).
It also does not consider optional prior siblings, so we need to test that in
the absense of the prior sibling, it's not adding alignment
