Description:
There are multiple tickets related to prefixed lengthKind issues. This ticket
identifies/consolidates these tickets, listed below.
These tickets must be resolve/verified before this ticket can be closed.
DAFFODIL-1704: PE undetected - Binary number parsers are missing checks for
bitLength
DAFFODIL-2029: Support unparsing lengthKind="prefixed" with
lengthUnits="characters"
DAFFODIL-2193: dfdl:lengthKind="prefixed" with dfdl:lengthUnits="characters"
gives wrong parse result
DAFFODIL-2295: priorAlignmentApprox incorrect if term is preceded by separator
with text bit alignment
DAFFODIL-2626: Circular deadlock when computing stored length around
prefixed-length elements
DAFFODIL-2645: Parse Error: Insufficient bits. Needed 160 but found only 1192
DAFFODIL-2658: lengthKind 'prefixed' with textTrimKind 'padChar' padding not
