Fix For: 4.2.0
Some schemas with large data/infosets are reporting Out of Memory errors with
the default being set to nonStreaming, so we're changing the default. Users can
change to the new nonStreaming for possible performance improvements, but
atleast this way we get maximum backward compatiblity.
