Something seems to be way off. I believe we thoroughly characterized the rank error of KLL. Of course, there is always a chance of a bug. We need some way of reproducing this preferably in a simplified scenario. Is there a chance that your error calculations are off? Perhaps you could explain how exactly you evaluate this?
