The links on the download page still point to the incubator directory, i.e.

http://apache.org/dist/incubator/devicemap/

However, this no longer exists; the files are now at

http://apache.org/dist/devicemap/

and corresponding mirror locations

Please update the page to remove the incubator/ segment from the paths.
