In the header of every XML file.
Most of these properties are exposed via the W3C {{Service}} interface, so at
least for 1.x data they shall remain.
One could reconsider some for a later release, e.g. not putting it in every
file but just one central place (most of these even the URL are also in the POM
anyway ;-) )
