have always been there at the heart of OpenDDR.
Except for DeviceDataSource.xml the other files just weren't maintained, e.g.
OperatingSystemDataSource.xml contains just a single entry for Apple iOS 1.0
(also pretty outdated now)
This story tries to look at making better use of the files in 1.0 so a JSON
(2.0) port may also benefit from it if we decide to follow that path and
there's enough demand for a JSON format.
