   jira connections are displaying `Online` when `basicAuth` are empty due to 
#2032 
   
   
   ## To Reproduce
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:
   Check #2032 
   
   
   ## Expected behavior
   Should be `Offline` when `basicAuth` is empty
