I agree on everything from @Startrekzky except `file_components` table, I would suggest that we add an **indexed** `file_component` column for now, since it resembles the relationship between `issues` and `label`, which **indexed** column had proven more practical, we don't have `labels` table, and no one asked for it ever. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
