### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Start from v0.12, the Blueprint Normal Mode covered the most important data-source plugins including jira/github/gitlab which should work well in most cases. However, other plugins like starrocks/dbt/org can not be orchestrated in a sensible way. I propose that we add two fields `before_plan` and `after_plan` in conjunction with the `auto-generated-plan` input ```json { "name": "test blueprint normal", "mode": "NORMAL", "settings": { "version": "1.0.0", "connections": [...], "before_plan": [["2d array as in advance mode"]], "after_plan": [["2d array as in advance mode"]], ... } ... } ``` output ```json { "plan": [ [ ... "before plan" ], [ ... "auto generated plan" ], [ ...
