### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description There are two solutions to get pipelines of blueprints. 1. Add a filter parameter (maybe an array filled by blueprints id?) to GET `/pipelines` api, only return pipelines match target blueprints id. 2. Add a new api `/blueprints/{id}/pipelines`, to return pipelines triggered by blueprints. ### Use case We want to list pipelines of specific blueprints.
