### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened #2433 merged changes that added a subtasks table, but the version on it had become out of date because the initial code was written several weeks ago and was not updated.
