### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Get all GitLab PR's normal comments, review, review comments, and store them in the table.pull_request_comments. I need all comments' id, body, and type. For values of the type field in the table.pull_request_comments: for normal comments: NORMAL for review comments, ie. diff/inline comments: DIFF.
