   ### Search before asking

   - [X] I had searched in the
[issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and
found no similar issues.

   ### What happened

There are some rendering glitches on Config-UI that maybe related to recent
refactoring changes.

   ### What you expected to happen

   - Pagination Buttons should render normally as when feature was implemented.
   - For a Multi-stage Pipeline, StageTask Lanes should be vertically oriented
in columns not rows.

   ### How to reproduce

   - Visit Blueprints Grid or Blueprint Historical Runs and notice Pagination
Buttons.
   - Create a Multi-stage Pipeline with more than 1 stage and notice that
render is not as expected.

   ### Anything else
