### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description The project might benefit from having a "why.md" file, similar to https://github.com/quii/learn-go-with-tests/blob/main/why.md People don't start contributing because of "how amazing this readme.md" is. We start contributing because the project's story relates to us. "why.md" is the place to answer that story.
