### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description During the QA stage of v0.14, I found that issue webhooks failed to work in Trello or Monday.com, as they provide issue webhooks with payloads in their own formats. Hence, there should be a `mapping` logic for users to push customized `issues` to DevLake with a format that DevLake accepts. As the original formats vary in data sources such as Trello, Monday.com, PagerDuty, etc., a feasible way is to provide a template for users to quickly accomplish the `mapping` if we only want ONE universal and non-tool-dependent incoming `issue` webhook. ### Use case _No response_ ### Related issues _No response_ ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [ ] Yes I am willing to submit a PR! ### Code of Conduct - [X] I agree to follow this project's [Code of Conduct](https://www.apache.org/foundation/policies/conduct) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
