### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened In devlake v0.12, jira issue's type mapping is based on issue type's untranslatedName field. But in devlake v0.14 it is based on issue type's name field. ### What you expected to happen Expected consistent behaviour in two version. ### How to reproduce Sync jira data with same transformation rules in v0.12 and v0.14.
