### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened When Creating a New JIRA Blueprint or Modifying a previously saved Blueprint, user is unable to Type or edit the **Additional Settings** Transformation Field. When trying to type in the input the cursor jumps to the end of the input and no changes are accepted. - [ ] Fix Additional Settings field in Modify Mode - [ ] Test/Verify Edit Functionality for All Providers <img width="1306" alt="Screen Shot 2022-10-20 at 10 58 32 AM" src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1742233/196985953-36dbdafc-1c90-4b17-937e-5f5ccca22ba4.png";> ### What you expected to happen Users should be able to Modify the Additional Settings Field (and all transformation fields) ### How to reproduce 1. Create a New JIRA Blueprint or Modify a previously saved one 2. Edit/Modify the Data Scope for JIRA 3. Choose Boards and Data Entities 4.
