### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar feature requirement. ### Description Now we have 3 std statuses in issue tracking domain. They are `TODO`, `IN_PROGRESS`, `DONE`. We can (and we did) aggregate issues and calculate issue metrics based on these statuses. What we want next is to expand the std statuses, make std statuses user-definable. So that we can get more accuracy and detail metrics.
