   ### What happened
   
   When I test git extractor by collecting 
[merico-dev/build-frontend](https://github.com/merico-dev/build-frontend), I 
noticed there's only one record in `commit_files` table as shown below.

   This repo only has one commit which adds over 500 new files.
   
   The pipeline succeeded without any errors.
