   Currently the [contribution 
guideline](https://devlake.apache.org/community/MakingContributions/) is only 
redirected via a CTA / button in the [Team 
Page](https://devlake.apache.org/team) only. [Refer 1st Screenshot]
   
   ## Describe the Change
   This can be modified by adding additional button in the Blog Page as marked 
in the in 2nd Screenshot below. The button can be linked to [blog submission 
guideline](https://devlake.apache.org/community/make-contribution/BlogSubmission)
