### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-devlake/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### What happened I found that the SQL for the project variable in the DORA dashboard is retrieved from the project_mapping table, but if the user has just created a project and has not yet created and run the related blueprint, then the dashboard will temporarily not see this new project. I discovered this problem when I last gave a demo to the user.
